Ownership
 
Apartments owners are in three basic groups.
Diamond Resorts International members
Members own Points and use these to book the weeks they require from a pool of  availability.
 
Time-share owners
Individuals who own 1 or more fixed-time weeks & apartments.
 
Full-time owners
Individuals who own full-time usage of apartments. Some of these owners rent out the weeks that they are not using themselves.

Some owners have weeks in more than one of these groups.
